Job summary

Harbour Healthcare is hiring a domestic assistant for Harrogate, offering a part-time role with 16 hours per week at £12.72 per hour. Training will be provided and we support staff development. You will help keep resident rooms and shared spaces clean, tidy and well-presented, with duties in housekeeping and linen care.

No prior experience or qualifications are required, and DBS checks are part of the process. Join a family-run group with values of care and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping duties including cleaning and tidiness of resident rooms and communal areas.
• Manage linen and supply cleanliness for resident comfort and hygiene.
• Monitor for fire and accident risks and liaise with teams to reduce risks.

We are on the hunt in Harrogate for our next amazing domestic assistant.

You’ll be the sort of person who doesn’t go out without leaving a tidy bed. You’ll apply your high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to our resident’s homes and communal living spaces, to ensure they’re spotlessly clean and beautifully presented.

You’ll also be working in Housekeeping ensuring that the linen is kept clean for residents’ comfort and hygiene. You’ll also have your eye out for potential fire and accident risks, working with other teams to reduce any risks to resident’s safety.
