Job summary

Rose Fifteen Ltd is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant for our Hampstead property. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, with independent work, timely replenishment of supplies, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitation.

You will report maintenance issues and complete periodic cleaning tasks on a full-time, weekday+weekend schedule. Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays is required.

Qualifications

• Commitment to high customer service and cleaning standards.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hotel industry experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms.
• Replenish guest room and bathroom supplies.
• Vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining furniture and equipment.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms.
• Report maintenance issues and supply needs.
• Complete periodic cleaning tasks and adhere to health & safety guidelines.

The Role

• Working independently to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Replenishing guest room and bathroom supplies.
• Vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining furniture and equipment.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Reporting maintenance issues and supply needs.
• Completing periodic cleaning tasks.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines.

This is a full-time role, based on a weekly schedule. Must be available/flexible to work Saturday and Sunday
