Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring all customer areas are clean, tidy and well stocked
• Assisting with other back of house maintenance and cleaning tasks, such as managing incoming and outgoing laundry, and monitoring stock levels
• Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly used, stored, and maintained
• Respond courteously to customer inquiries or requests while maintaining professionalism
• Manage the employees dry cleaning of uniform

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment is preferred.
