• Replenishing amenities, toiletries, towels and refreshments as required.
• Conducting detailed room inspections to ensure 5-star standards.
• Responding promptly and discreetly to guest requests while upholding confidentiality.
• Following strict hygiene, health & safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Contributing to exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail.

Your Role

As a member of our luxury housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards and ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless stay, including:

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, suites, and public areas to the highest luxury standards.
• Making beds, changing linens, and ensuring rooms are beautifully presented and guest‑ready.
• Maintaining immaculate cleanliness throughout guest areas, corridors, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Replenishing guest amenities, toiletries, towels, and refreshments as required.
• Conducting detailed room inspections to ensure all areas meet 5‑star presentation standards.
• Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
• Following strict hygiene, health & safety, and housekeeping procedures at all times.
• Contributing to exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and pride in your work.

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience within hotels, luxury hospitality venues, private households, or serviced accommodation preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
• Professional presentation and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends when required.
