Your Next Chapter

We’re looking for detail-driven, reliable Housekeepers to join our Managed Services team in beautiful Bourton-on-the-Water. You’ll play a vital role in making sure every guest enjoys that “wow” moment when they walk through the door of their holiday home.

Whether it’s a planned changeover clean, a deep clean between bookings or supporting with stock deliveries, your work helps us deliver the high standards that Travel Chapter is known for.

What you’ll be doing
  • Delivering a 5-star cleaning service across our Bourton-on-the-Water portfolio, following our cleaning checklists and protocols
  • Carrying out changeover, refresh and deep cleans to keep every property guest-ready
  • Managing and replenishing supplies, welcome packs and linen
  • Checking properties for maintenance or safety issues and reporting anything that needs attention
  • Keeping properties safe, secure and looking their best between bookings
  • Supporting with property checks, audits and meter readings when needed
  • Representing Travel Chapter with professionalism and pride in every interaction
What you’ll bring
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • A proactive approach and pride in delivering quality work
  • Great communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
It would be great if you also have:
  • Experience within the holiday letting industry
  • A full UK driving licence and access to transport
