Responsibilities

• Handling Household premiums for new and existing clients.
• Managing own book of clients.
• Dealing with premiums up to around £2,000.
• Contacting clients to obtain up to date risk information and discuss renewal terms.
• Issuing new business, renewals and Mid-term adjustments.
• Preparing and issuing insurance documentation and letters.
• Cross selling other products.

Previous experience working within Household Insurance

Managing own workload

Good IT skills including all MS Office

Education

Achieved or studying towards Cert CII
