A healthcare provider is looking for Housebound Healthcare Assistants to join their operations team in Ruislip. The role involves providing essential healthcare services to patients in their homes, including phlebotomy and health monitoring. Candidates should have experience in a healthcare setting and possess strong IT and time management skills. We have a new and exciting opportunity to appoint Housebound Healthcare Assistants to join our dynamic and friendly operations team. Post holders will be confident in dealing with patients, able to work independently whilst understanding the importance of proactively escalating concerns.
You will be providing the delivery of services including Phlebotomy, 24hr BP monitoring, ECGs, Warfarin Monitoring, Atrial Fibrillation Monitoring to some of the most vulnerable patients in Hillingdon in their homes. Ideally you will already be skilled in providing phlebotomy services and should be willing to be trained to support the delivery of other aspects of patient care.
You will be supported in your role through friendly management and administration team as well as clinical management for all patient concerns. This requires you to loan work and travel between clinical sites and patients homes within, and up to 1 miles outside of the borough of Hillingdon.
