As House Manager (Part Time), you will be at the heart of the community, supporting the General Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day running of the residence. You'll build positive relationships with residents, respond to their needs, and help create a welcoming, well‑maintained environment. You'll oversee repairs, maintain accurate records, and act as a friendly and reliable presence for everyone. The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday working 8.30am to 12.30pm.
As a House Manager (Part Time), you will be a proactive, self‑motivated individual who takes pride in creating a positive living environment. Confident in using IT and strong administration, excellent organisational and communication skills, you're confident in building relationships at all levels and adapting to residents' evolving needs. A friendly, flexible approach and genuine care for others are essential. Experience in facilities management or working with older adults is beneficial but not essential; a passion for helping people is what will make you stand out.
