This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and polished individual to step into a key leadership role.

You will initially assist with daily Head Housekeeping duties while overseeing and managing a team of 3 housekeepers. Requirements for the Role:
  • Experience in high-end private households (1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong background in yachting (essential)
  • Impeccable attention to detail and service mindset
  • Highly organised, discreet, and well-presented
  • Proven ability to manage, train and lead a small team
  • Ability to liaise with principals and external service providers with professionalism
Ideal suitable for:
  • A Junior House Manager, Head Housekeeper, or Head of Residence Operations professional transitioning from yachting to land-based private service
  • Someone seeking a long-term position with excellent growth potential.

Amazing opportunity to take real ownership of a large London house, progressing into a managerial role.
