HOUSE MANAGER

The Needs Center is a local non‑profit organization that provides services & supports to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are now hiring a House Manager for our Boxford residential group home!

  • Hourly rate is $27‑29 an hour.
  • Schedule includes one weekend shift
  • This is a Full‑Time position and it is eligible for overtime.

In this position you will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serving as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice.
  • Supervising Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff.
  • Helping to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of a residential program for adults with autism.
  • Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts.
  • This position will include being on ratio at least 1‑2 days per week and assisting with the hands‑on direct care support of the adults in our care.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a residential environment working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Supervisory or lead experience (can be in a different industry)
  • Good communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Must have MAP Certification
  • Must have a valid Mass or NH driver’s license (or be able to get one in 60 days)
