About Our Client

About Our Client – The client is an UHNWI who splits time between London and UAE. They are a married couple with 4 children, 2 of whom are studying in the UK.

Job Description
  • Managing the day-to-day operations
  • Coordinating with event planners to ensure that all arrangements are made for special events
  • Coordinating with purchase team to ensure that all supplies needed are delivered on time
  • Making sure that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed
  • Ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly
  • Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is well kept at all times
  • Supervising security Team
  • Banquet services
  • Flexibility to work during weekends
  • Ability to manage team in a fast paced work environment
The Successful Applicant
  • Have been a House Manager before working for a HNWI or UHNWI
  • Ideally also have some sort of hospitality background, be in in a top hotel or experience putting on large banquets
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Be highly professional
