Hourly Paid Lecturer in Science
Location: Colchester
Salary: up to £27.26 per hour
Up to 20 Hours per week.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Health, Social Care Science and ESOL Team as an hourly paid lecturer.
About the role
You will provide quality teaching and learning for science students (Forensic Science and/or Biology), preparing appropriate teaching material and carrying out teaching to the requirements of individual courses and students.
About you
With demonstrable experience of teaching BTEC Applied/Forensic Science provision you will be committed to delivering excellent teaching/learning programmes to students of all abilities. You will either be an experienced teacher, or a new entrant to the profession.

We will fully support new entrants to teaching, including providing mentors and bespoke ‘New to Teaching’ training’. We want you to make a success of this role because you will get so much out of it, and we will invest in you, including supporting you to gain a teaching qualification and paying the costs.
