We’re looking for industry practitioners, creators, marketers and educators to join us as Hourly Paid Lecturers across our Content Creation & Marketing degree programmes. If you’re passionate about the creative industries, know what it takes to make great work, and want to share your knowledge with the next generation of creative talent, we’d love to hear from you.
Whether your expertise is in content creation, digital marketing, social media, graphic design, web development, photography, podcasting, creative production or campaign development, this is an opportunity to bring your professional experience into the classroom and help students turn ideas into industry-ready work.
Working under the guidance of our Academic and Programme Managers, you’ll deliver engaging, industry-informed learning across SAE Higher Education programmes.
The ability to teach across a range of modules and levels is highly desirable. We’re particularly interested in hearing from practitioners who can bring current industry knowledge, real-world projects and professional networks into the student experience.
You’ll help students develop not only their creative and technical skills, but also the confidence, critical thinking and professional practice they need to build successful careers in the creative industries.
We’re looking for people who are doing, making and creating in the industry today and who are excited about sharing that experience with others.
You could be an experienced educator, a freelance creative, a marketing professional, a content creator, a creative producer, a designer, a strategist, a digital specialist or an industry leader looking to bring your expertise into Higher Education.
At SAE, we believe education works best when it connects creative ambition with real industry experience.
You’ll join a community of passionate creatives and educators helping students develop the skills, ideas and professional confidence to make their mark in the industry.
For our students, it means a new environment designed around creativity, collaboration and industry practice.
For our lecturers, it means an exciting opportunity to help shape what comes next.
Like much of the creative sector, SAE celebrates diversity and values the power of individuality.
We’re committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every student and staff member can thrive, regardless of background or experience.
We recognise that barriers still exist in access and success for underrepresented groups. To improve the diversity of our academic community and help close these gaps, we strongly encourage applications from women, individuals from global majority backgrounds and people with disabilities.
Your experiences, perspectives and professional journeys can help shape a more inclusive and representative creative industry — and we want them in our classrooms.
