Job summary

Dovetail and Slate Ltd is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to help learners across colleges in England. No formal teaching qualifications are required, only a genuine enthusiasm for supporting students on their education journey.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with additional learning needs, assist teachers to maintain inclusive classrooms, and support safeguarding of vulnerable learners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEN children or young adults.
• Experience in education.
• Extensive care background is acceptable.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training or willingness to obtain it.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain it.
• Roles available for full-time, part-time and term-time hours.

Responsibilities
