Job summary

The Education Training Collective (Etc.) is recruiting an hourly paid King’s Trust Team Leader Assistant to support delivery across Bishop Auckland and other sites if required. You will work with NEET young people, assist with the 12-week King’s Trust personal development course, help source work placements and participate in residential weeks as needed.

  • Support delivery in Bishop Auckland and other sites as needed.
  • Assist with sourcing work placements for King’s Trust participants.
  • Attend residential weeks as required and monitor learner progress.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a King’s Trust Team Leader Assistant to join our Etc. King’s Trust team reporting to our King’s Trust Head of Department.

Etc. King’s Trust Teams are delivered across community locations in Stockton, Middlesbrough, Darlington and Bishop Auckland. As a King’s Trust Team Leader Assistant with Etc. you will be responsible for supporting delivery in Bishop Auckland but may work in other sites if agreed upon and if required.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with NEET young people, be a good communicator and able to support community based, dynamic training. The role includes supporting young people throughout their 12-week King’s Trust Team personal development course, sourcing work placements and attending residential weeks as required.
