Job Description

We are recruiting for various Hourly Paid Invigilator Bank positions. This position includes invigilating the college’s public examinations & electronic tests in accordance with the relevant awarding body guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Prompt arrival and collection of examination materials prior to exam from Examinations Office.
  • Setting out an examination room according to relevant Awarding Body guidelines and college invigilator guide.
  • Be flexible about working hours as you may be asked to work evenings and at short notice to cover sickness/emergency arrangements.
  • Accurately complete attendance registers and seating plans to show who is present and absent at the start of the examinations.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold Level 2 or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths, as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
