Job summary

Travelodge Thame is seeking a friendly Hotel Team Member to join our team on a part-time contract. No experience is required as we will coach and train you in all aspects of the role, from front desk to housekeeping.

You’ll work across departments to ensure guests have a brilliant stay and enjoy a supportive, family-feel team environment. This position offers a flexible schedule, opportunities to advance through the Aspire Programme, and attractive staff perks including discounts and incentives.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Able to work across all hotel departments including reception and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Check-in guests and assist with housekeeping to ensure a brilliant stay.
• Support team with flexible shifts and participate in incentive schemes.
