Job summary

Starwood Hotels currently seeks a Security Manager for its Treehouse Manchester site. The role focuses on maintaining the safety and security of guests, staff and assets, while leading a proactive security team and responding to incidents in line with Treehouse Manchester policies.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a head of security or security manager role, strong teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy 24-hour environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience as head of security or security manager.
• Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
