In this crucial role, you will ensure every guest receives exceptional service throughout their stay. Responsibilities include managing check-in and check-out, providing information on hotel services, and resolving guest inquiries. Salary – £27,040 plus service charge
Holiday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.
