A luxury hotel in London is seeking a full-time Hotel Receptionist. You will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and managing all reception operations including check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries. Henrietta Hotel opened in 2017, right in the heart of bustling Covent Garden. A haven nestled away from the busy streets outside, Henrietta is comprised of 40 rooms divided into two buildings. In the summer of 2024, renowned British chef Jackson Boxer took the helm of the restaurant, reimagining the food offering against the backdrop of a full restaurant redesign. Expect nods to their Parisian heritage and the city’s famed bistros, as well as to Covent Garden’s rich history. Taking inspiration from London’s continental neighbours, the menu at Henri reflects the culinary traditions and timeless appeal of a Parisian bistro, serving Jackson’s take on French classics alongside signature Experimental cocktails.

Job: Hotel Receptionist at Henrietta Hotel - Full Time
Based in: Covent Garden, London
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and assist all guest as soon as they come in.
  • Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services.
  • Respond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalised service adapted to each request.
  • Ensure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards.
  • In coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaints.
  • Ensure the good communication and coordination between the hotel's departments (Housekeeping, and F&B).
