Job description:
As a part of our front office team you will take care of guests from their arrival through to their departure. You will contribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay, helping exceed the department's quality targets. You will be a part of the success in meeting a variety of financial targets, supported by the promotion of the hotel and offers available to our guests.
This job includes working on weekends and bank holidays mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight.
