Malmaison Hotel Du Vin Holdings Limited in Glasgow is seeking a friendly Porter to join the front office team. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering celebrity service and creating memorable guest experiences with a passion for hospitality.

You will set the tone for every guest visit, handle queries, and support internal development and progression within a 5-star environment. Prior hospitality experience is beneficial, and a positive, energetic personality is essential.

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Friendly and proactive attitude in a front-of-house role.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Porter to join our front office team.

Meeting and exceeding every guests needs will be second nature to you. You will have a passion for beating guest expectations and within our 5 Star Hotel with its 3 AA Rosette restaurant you will be able to let this passion run free, assisting our guests and adding to their enjoyment by delivering amazing hospitality.

You are the first and last people our guests see, you set the tone for the visit and you can ensure that everything has gone above and beyond before they leave.

At Hotel du Vin we create memories that the guest will never forget. This could be the next step for you into a Supervisory position within Hotel Du Vin – we actively encourage internal development and progression, Onwards and Upwards.

Experience in a similar quality hotel is beneficial but not necessary, however, service with a smile and personality is a must.

We actively encourage internal development and progression and Malmaison is on target to have 100 new apprentices in the business by year end. Candidates for this position would be given the opportunity to enroll on our apprenticeship scheme after they have completed their probationary period.
