A leading hotel management company in St Helens is looking for a Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability while inspiring a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. We are looking for a creative, visionary leader to build on the success of the excellent team at this busy 138‑bedroom hotel a short stroll from Haydock Park Racecourse.
With a solid understanding of hotel operations, you will lead from the front, inspiring and supporting your team to deliver outstanding experiences at every stage of the guest journey. Creative thinking and a commitment to employee development and engagement will serve you well in this fantastic property.
This role reports to the Regional General Manager.
You are responsible for overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the hotel and managing ongoing profitability. Guiding and nurturing your team, you ensure all revenue, guest satisfaction and brand targets are met.
