An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, hands-on Hotel Manager, with 5 years management experience, to lead a team for this well established and successful Hotel.This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and high operational standards across all hotel departments.This role is ideal for an experienced commercially minded hospitality professional who thrives in a hands-on leadership environment.

Responsibilities
  • As Hotel Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security ensuring smooth, efficient and guest-focused service at all times.
  • You will lead departmental teams, shape a positive workplace culture, and uphold the hotel’s reputation for quality, style, and comfort.
  • Drive guest satisfaction; handle escalated issues and champion a customer-centric culture.
  • Manage hotel budgets, forecast revenue, analyse KPIs, and control costs.
  • Support sales, marketing, and revenue teams on pricing, promotions, and business growth.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop staff; promote a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and brand standards.
  • Oversee events/banqueting operations (where applicable).Promote operational efficiency, use of technology, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Significant experience ideally 5 plus years in hotel management or senior operational management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Educated with a Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience across multiple hotel departments, rooms, F&B, housekeeping, is desirable.
