Job summary

Andras Hotels in Belfast seeks a part-time maintenance technician to keep our hotel in safe, well-maintained condition. You will perform general maintenance, coordinate with contractors and ensure safety and compliance across daily tasks.

You will inspect premises, execute repairs, and record activities while minimizing disruption to guests. The role offers a progressive benefits package and opportunities within a growing group.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a maintenance role.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative.
• Willingness to use safe work practices and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and manage general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, heating, carpentry and decorating.
• Inspect premises and equipment and carry out basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect structures and assets and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Maintain records and daily log of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and assist in stock reporting.
