Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance team and ensure smooth hotel operations. You will address issues, perform minor fixes, and work with colleagues to deliver memorable guest experiences.

In this role, you will act as a hotel ambassador, uphold company values, and contribute to a positive guest journey across our Leonardo Hotels estate in the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated to develop and learn new skills.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Energetic and willing to try new tasks, even if unfamiliar.
• Basic general maintenance skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance department to ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively address maintenance issues and perform minor fixes.
• Work as part of a vibrant team to ensure guests have an excellent stay.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel and Leonardo Hotels estate.
