Job summary

Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for the St Albans/Bricketwood location. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that contribute to guests’ stays, including breakfast and dinner services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and store stock properly.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure each meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
