Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for our Warwick Premier Inn. This permanent role involves 24 contracted hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour, based at Opus 40, Haywood Road, Warwick.

You’ll prepare ingredients, cook meals for breakfast and dinner, and ensure the kitchen stays clean and ready for service. You don’t need prior hotel experience; many team members join from supermarkets, cafés, pubs or restaurants.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required, other hospitality backgrounds welcome.
• You’ll be part of a team, reliable and ready to roll up your sleeves during busy periods.
• You’ll need to be happy to learn and develop your kitchen skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.

We're currently recruiting in our Warwick Premier Inn. Working 24 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Kitchen Team Member – Warwick Premier Inn

This Isn’t Just About Cooking.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better. One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service. If you enjoy working as part of a team and seeing the results of your work straight away, this could be the role for you.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 24 contracted hours per week.

Location: Opus 40, Haywood Road, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 5AH

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare ingredients before service starts

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You Don’t Need Hotel Experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.
