Job summary

Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member in Manchester City Centre. You will help prepare, cook and serve meals that form part of guests' stays, including breakfast and dinner service.

The role offers guaranteed hours under a permanent contract and pay up to £13.06 per hour. Shifts include evenings and weekends with various hours, and you’ll work closely with hotel teams to ensure service runs smoothly and meals leave the kitchen looking right.

Kitchen Team Member – Manchester City Centre Premier Inns (Various locations)

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract:Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: various contracted hours available per week - we don't do zero hour contracts, so hours are always guaranteed.

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods, early starts and occasional lone working means you'll need to be over 18.

What you’ll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

You don’t need hotel experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs and restaurants.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
