Premier Inn Kings Lynn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to support breakfast and dinner service. You’ll prepare ingredients, cook meals, and ensure the kitchen stays clean and ready for the next rush. You’ll work with the hotel team to keep service smooth and meals looking right for guests.
This role is a 20-hour-per-week position with a permanent contract, located at Clenchwarton Road, West Lynn, Kings Lynn, Norfolk. Previous hotel experience isn’t required as training will be provided.
We're currently recruiting in our Kings Lynn Premier Inn. Working 20 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.
This Isn’t Just About Cooking.
You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.
One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.
If you enjoy working as part of a team and seeing the results of your work straight away, this could be the role for you.
As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:
This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.
You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.
Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.
If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.
What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
Here you’ll learn far more than how to cook.
You’ll build kitchen skills, food safety knowledge and confidence working in a team.
Some people stay because they love the team. Others use the experience to move into other parts of Premier Inn. However far you want to go, we’ll help you get there.
