Job summary

Premier Inn in Hull North is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You’ll work evenings, weekends and busy periods as part of a friendly hotel team.

You’ll start by preparing ingredients, cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner services, keep the kitchen clean and organised, receive deliveries, and help the team ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right. This is a hands-on role with guaranteed hours.

Kitchen Team Member – Hull North Premier Inn

This isn’t just about cooking.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract:Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 15 contracted hours per week.

Location: Ashcombe Road Kingswood Park, Kingston-upon-Hull, East Yorkshire, HU7 3DD

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

You don’t need hotel experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant


• Barista


• Kitchen Porter


• Retail Assistant


• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.
