Premier Inn in Douglas, Isle of Man is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals guests enjoy during their stay. You’ll cover breakfast and dinner services, work as part of a team and keep the kitchen clean and organised.

No hotel experience required—we’ll teach you what you need to know and help you grow with the team. Permanent contract with guaranteed hours and the chance to develop skills across Premier Inn's kitchen operations.

Qualifikationen

• Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.
• If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
• You might have worked as a Catering Assistant.
• You might have worked as a Barista.
• You might have worked as a Kitchen Porter.
• You might have worked as a Retail Assistant.
• You might have worked as a Warehouse Operative.
• What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.

Kitchen Team Member – Douglas- Isle of Man Premier Inn

This isn’t just about cooking.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

If you enjoy working as part of a team and seeing the results of your work straight away, this could be the role for you.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.56 per hour

Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 30 contracted hours per week.

Location: Market Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2PA

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
