Job summary

Premier Inn in London Croydon is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for 12 contracted hours per week, with pay up to £13.56 per hour. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that contribute to guests’ stays.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy guest periods. No hotel experience required—training and support are provided as you learn with the team.

This role offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours and a clear path for development across Premier Inn.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you'll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

• Pay: Up to £13.56 per hour
• Contract: Permanent – we don't do zero-hours contracts.
• Hours: 12 contracted hours per week.
• Location: London Croydon (Purley A23) Premier Inn , The Colonnades Leisure Park, 619 Purley Way, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 4RQ
• Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

You Don't Need Hotel Experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.
