Job summary

Premier Inn in Belfast City Centre (Cathedral Quarter) is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests, with shifts including evenings and weekends. The role offers 30 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour, based in Belfast City Centre.

You’ll work as part of a team to deliver meals guests rely on, handle deliveries, and keep the kitchen tidy and ready for the next rush. This could be your first kitchen job, or you may have hospitality experience.

We're currently recruiting in our Belfast City Centre (Cathedral Quarter) Premier Inn. Working 30 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Kitchen Team Member – Belfast City Centre (Cathedral Quarter) Premier Inn

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Hours: 30 contracted hours per week.

Location: Belfast City Centre (Cathedral Quarter) Premier Inn - 2-6 Waring Street, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 2DX

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
