Job summary

Whitbread PLC’s Premier Inn in Aldershot is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to support breakfast and dinner service. You’ll prepare ingredients, cook meals and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly in a busy hotel environment.

No prior hotel experience is required; training will be provided. Expect a fixed-term contract with 16 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Join a team that works together to deliver meals guests rely on.

Kitchen Team Member – AldershotPremier Inn

This isn’t just about cooking.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Fixed term contract – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 16 contracted hours per week.

Location: Aldershot Premier Inn - 7 Wellington Avenue, Aldershot, Hants, GU11 1SQ

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

You don’t need hotel experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
