Job summary

Premier Inn Leeds City (Elland Road) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders, lead the team through busy services and keep audit-ready records. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager and own food quality and hygiene in a hands-on leadership role.

This role offers a clear path to Head Chef, with focus on delivering great meals and cost-conscious kitchen management as part of Whitbread’s hospitality portfolio in the UK.

Responsibilities

Kitchen Team Leader -Leeds City (Elland Road) - Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn Leeds City (Elland Road) as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You’ll run the kitchen day to day - managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen - from food quality to hygiene. PAY RATE:

Up to £14.31 per hour

HOURS:

37 hours per week
