leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team at the Hull hotel. You will help keep the kitchen running smoothly, assist chefs, and ensure cleanliness and safety across food prep areas.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
• Positive and reliable approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Wash and store crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with deliveries and the safe storage of stock and supplies.
• Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks where required.
• Dispose of waste safely and maintain recycling procedures.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are completed accurately and consistently.
• Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times.
• Help maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support service delivery.
