Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a hotel kitchen porter to maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, wash dishes, assist with food prep and manage waste, all while upholding health and safety standards.

You will work as part of a busy kitchen team, communicating effectively, staying motivated in a fast-paced environment, and delivering a high-quality guest experience in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Attention to detail: You'll need to be detail-oriented and have the ability to notice even the smallest of imperfections or areas that need cleaning, ensuring that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are clean and free from dirt, grease, and other contaminants.
• Good communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members and able to take instructions and ask questions when necessary to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Ability to work in a team environment: You must be able to work well in a team environment and be willing to help other team members as needed. you'll have a positive attitude and be able to work under pressure.
