Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated leader to join our Accommodation team at our Bognor Regis Resort.
As a Cleaning Manager, you'll oversee the smooth running of one of our 200 bedroom Ocean hotel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all our guest accommodation. You'll lead your team in delivering our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach, maintaining exceptional operational standards and holding your team accountable for consistently excellent results. This role involves analysing KPIs, managing stock control systems to maximise efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
You’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests working alongside a passionate, dedicated team who take pride in making every stay as fun and carefree as possible.
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you’ll enjoy the energy of a busy environment and take ownership of maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness across our Ocean hotel. You’ll balance operational efficiency with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, ensuring that every detail contributes to a truly memorable stay.
