Job summary

Harri.com is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team in Greater London. You will help ensure rooms are clean, comfortable and presented to a high standard, working independently while supporting colleagues to create a welcoming guest experience.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as part of a weekly schedule. Training will be provided to support your success and progression within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare hotel bedrooms to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.
• Replenish guest room and bathroom supplies.
• Vacuum floors and clean surfaces, furniture and equipment.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms.
• Report maintenance issues, damage or supply requirements promptly.
• Complete periodic and deep-cleaning tasks as required.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow health and safety, cleaning and hotel procedures.
• Respond to guest and colleague requests in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
• Support the wider hotel team when required.
