Job summary

The Bath Arms in Warminster is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. This 16-hour per week role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.81 and involves cleaning all hotel areas to high standards, while interacting with guests in a friendly, professional manner.

No prior experience is required; we provide training and support to help you develop. This is an on-site role with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• No experience required, just a good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work as part of a friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Interact politely with guests (greet, thank, and say goodbye).
• Service of bedrooms and other hotel areas per SOPs.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Follow correct procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the manager when more are needed.
• Store laundry properly and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to stock-control procedures and maintain stock security.
