Responsibilities

• Clean all hotel areas to high standards.
• Service and prepare guest bedrooms for arrivals.
• Fulfill guest requests as required.
• Complete room checks and housekeeping records.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Identify concerns about guest facility misuse.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff.
• Coordinate with Head Housekeeper and Duty Manager.
