Job summary

Welcome Break Ramada Hotel is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to help keep our 81-bedroom property clean, fresh and guest-ready each day. You will make beds, refresh rooms, clean bathrooms and top up supplies to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable stay.

Qualifications

• Maintains clean rooms, bathrooms and shared spaces to high standards.
• Stays active and efficient during a busy shift.
• Has a keen eye for detail in bedding, surfaces, towels and toiletries.
• Works well in a supportive team and learns housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and refresh guest bedrooms, make beds, change linen, dust, vacuum and wipe surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms, replace towels, top up toiletries and prepare rooms for the next guest.
• Support with public area cleaning, report maintenance issues, follow health and safety routines and help keep standards high.

As a Hotel Housekeeper at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you'll help keep our 81 bedroom hotel clean, fresh and guest-ready every day. From making beds and refreshing rooms to cleaning bathrooms, topping up supplies and keeping public areas looking their best, you'll play a big part in creating a great stay for every guest. This role could be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy staying active and working through tasks efficiently during a busy shift
• Have a great eye for detail, from crisp bedding and clean surfaces to stocked towels and toiletries
• Like working as part of a supportive team and are happy to learn our housekeeping standards and routines

What you'll do as a Hotel Housekeeper:

• Clean and refresh guest bedrooms, including making beds, changing linen, dusting, vacuuming and wiping surfaces
• Clean bathrooms, replace towels, top up toiletries and make sure each room is ready for the next guest
• Support with public area cleaning, report maintenance issues, follow health & safety routines and work with the team to keep standards high
