The Gantry London, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Unit Controller to join Cairn Group’s Accounts team in Bloomsbury, London. This permanent, full-time position focuses on maintaining accurate financial controls and delivering timely reporting within a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to drive EBITDA delivery, manage the sales ledger, cash controls, payroll support, and audits, enabling better commercial decisions across the

Responsabilidades

• Producing accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts and Master Flash updates
• Managing the sales ledger, aged debt and credit control process
• Completing regular income audits and investigating discrepancies
• Monitoring cash, banking, safe and float controls
• Supporting payroll, purchasing and Procure Wizard compliance
• Coordinating invoice processing, purchase orders, supplier queries and payment approvals
• Reviewing conference and delegate charges with the Sales and Events teams
• Preparing stock take information and reviewing transactional accuracy
• Providing financial analysis and guidance to the General Manager and Heads of Department
• Supporting audit compliance and ensuring agreed financial processes are followed across the hotel
