leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant at our Hull hotel. You will support service across outlets, take orders, serve guests, and help maintain high standards in a busy environment.

We welcome enthusiastic individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong communication, and a collaborative attitude. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is helpful for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience desirable but not essential.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Friendly, confident and professional approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional service to guests across food and beverage outlets.
• Support restaurant, bar, breakfast and event operations (where applicable).
• Take food and drink orders and serve guests efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare service areas and ensure they are clean, organised and welcoming.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
• Process payments and transactions accurately.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
• Support the setup and delivery of meetings, events and functions (where applicable).
• Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times.
