Premier Inn in Tring is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the hotel during your shift, coordinating reception, housekeeping and food service to ensure a great guest stay.
You'll supervise, mentor colleagues, handle guest queries and problems, and maintain high service standards while balancing operational priorities.

What you’ll do
As Duty Manager, you’ll help lead the hotel during your shift. You’ll work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to make sure our guests have a great stay and your team has everything they need. You’ll:
