Premier Inn Paignton Seafront (Goodrington Sands) is hiring a Duty Manager to help run the hotel day-to-day. You’ll lead shifts, assist guests, and coordinate across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure a great stay for our guests.
You’ll be on the floor, coaching teams, resolving issues quickly and maintaining service standards. A permanent contract with guaranteed hours awaits the right candidate who enjoys leading by example.

We're currently recruiting in our Paignton Seafront (Goodrington Sands) Premier Inn. Working 40 hours per week, paying up to £13.86 per hour.
This isn’t a desk job.
You’ll spend your shift helping guests, leading your team and keeping the hotel running smoothly.
One moment you might be helping reception with a guest query. The next, you could be supporting housekeeping, checking rooms, helping during a busy breakfast service or briefing the team before the next rush.

Pay: Up to £13.86 per hour

As Duty Manager, you’ll help lead the hotel during your shift. You’ll work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to make sure our guests have a great stay and your team has everything they need. You’ll:
