Whitbread’s Fleet Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts across the hotel, deliver pre- shift briefings and keep the operations running smoothly. You’ll help guests, support reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams, and make decisions on the floor during busy periods.

With 24 guaranteed hours per week and a fixed term contract until January 2027, this role offers a clear pathway into hotel management and a chance to develop leadership skills within the UK’s largest hotel brand.

Duty Manager - Fleet Premier Inn

Working 24 hours per week, paying up to £13.86 per hour.

This isn't a desk job.

You'll spend your shift helping guests, leading your team and keeping the hotel running smoothly.

One moment you might be helping reception with a guest query. The next, you could be supporting housekeeping, checking rooms, helping during a busy breakfast service or briefing the team before the next rush.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.86 per hour

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until January 2027- we don't do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 24 guaranteed hours per week.

Location: Waterfront Business Park, 7-11 Fleet Road, Fleet, GU51 3QT

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

You'll be out on the floor, helping your team wherever you're needed.

You Don't Need Hotel Experience

Some of our best Duty Managers joined us from retail, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, leisure, healthcare and customer service.

If you've led people before, we can teach you the hotel.
