Our host team work to deliver a seamless guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay communications and interactions. As one of our self-motivated, confident and personable Duty Managers you will aid in guiding the host team through daily operations and ensure that all guests have their needs looked after whilst on the estate. You will perform daily Duty Manager shifts being the point of contact of our guests, and will be responsible for the ensuring the highest levels of guest care from hosting tours, ensuring our guests are welcomed and return guests acknowledged. You will also aid in the recruitment, training, development and pastoral care of the team.. To perform in this role ideally you will have:
