Travel & Booking Management
  • Coordinate bookings for flights hotels transportation and activities
  • Utilize travel platforms and tools to manage reservations and itineraries
  • Ensure all travel documentation is accurate and delivered to clients promptly
Client Communication & Support
  • Understand client needs preferences and timelines to deliver tailored experiences
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email phone and digital platforms
  • Provide ongoing support before and during client travel
Logistics Coordination
  • Maintain accurate schedules and records for client travel plans
  • Ensure seamless execution of itineraries by confirming bookings and addressing issues
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to meet client expectations
